General Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for assisting with client implementations of one or more of our innovative software modules. You will work on software implementation projects under supervision of a project manager and technical lead, and together you will responsible for a successful 3-6 month project. You need to listen closely to client requirements, document those requirements, and translate same to our technical team. You will also be expected to build out (configure) much of the client’s solution yourself using our innovative point-and-click tool sets, as well as performing testing and client education.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in client meetings and — utilizing client source documents — discover, analyze and evaluate the client’s business processes, systems and requirements
- Clearly document the client’s business requirements (including workflows and mapping of data) and translate these to functional requirements
- Respond to questions from development about the system’s functional requirements
- Test the software modifications completed by development and provide clear, detailed feedback to report and resolve technical issues
- Work independently and productively with minimal supervision, actively seeking assistance and guidance when needed
- Be willing to travel to client sites and work at client sites extensively (up to 4 days/week for part of the project lifecycle)
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills as well as facilitation skills and thinking on your feet. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with client users, team members and management
- Show initiative; be flexible; be willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks
- Review and provide feedback/corrections on QA Test Cases to the Quality Assurance team
Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen/Green Card holder
- BA/BS Degree
- Healthcare Compliance industry experience a plus
- Understanding of and experience with web technology a big plus
- 3 years’ experience in management consulting or software applications
- Must be located full time within the United States, ideally in the Princeton, NJ, and surrounding area as you will be required to work out of the office when not onsite at a client location.
