Michael D. Bell, Founder and President
Michael is a nationally recognized compliance attorney who frequently consults, publishes and presents on topics of healthcare corporate compliance, privacy and third party coverage and reimbursement issues.
With more than 14 years of direct involvement in compliance and regulatory matters, Michael serves on manufacturer, health system and health plan compliance committees, as well as several Advisory Boards, including those for BNA’s Medical Device and Law Report, Matthew Bender/LexisNexis Healthcare, AIS Report on Patient Privacy, and Seton Hall University School of Law’s Corporate Compliance Officer Certification Program.

Andrew Stuart – Chief Technology Officer
Andrew is responsible for both the assessment and creation of IT solutions for the health care and life sciences industries. Andrew has over 17 years of innovative leadership in the management and development of high performing, results-oriented, information technology operations for large life sciences organizations. He has participated on numerous Information Technology operational reviews and assessments, and has been instrumental in developing and leading the effort focused on providing Aggregate Spend solutions for R-Squared client organizations. Andrew is the technical designer for all of R-Squared‘s compliance solutions.
