Michael Bell, President of R-Squared, will be presenting at the Tenth Annual Pharmaceutical Regulatory and Compliance Congress and Best Practices Forum in Washington, DC, on November 13, 2009.  Mr. Bell will be speaking on the topic of Aggregate Spend and State Reporting compliance.  The presentation will address how to identify third parties for the purpose of tracking and disclosing aggregate spend.
