Developed utilizing expert opinion and guidance taken from current and proposed State and Federal legislation, SpendTrackerSM simplifies best practice tracking of organizational spend on potential referral sources. Starting with the 'Tracking' process, SpendTrackerSM carefully guides users through the process for identifying potential Referral Sources, assigning categories and Expense Types, and the processing/storing of required Documentary Evidence, and by integrating with internal expense claims and purchase order procedures most end-users realize little, if any impact to their day-to-day activities.
Once an expense has been tracked and categorized, SpendTrackerSM allows reporting of aggregate spend against individual or grouped external referral sources at both an individual,  department, and organizational levels. Automated workflows provide an Alerts and Warnings capability for preventing and detecting risky behavior and/or breaches of internal policies.  Our planning tool gives What If... Scenarios for projected spend and associated compliance risks, and our dashboards give real-time visibility into compliance status.
SpendTrackerSM automates the report and related processes for disclosure purposes.  Privileged users can first participate in a Review and Signoff processes and rest easy knowing that only the required and necessary information is disclosed to 3rd parties.
