R-Squared has been selected by a leading hospital/health system to customize and deploy a compliance management system that will, among other things, manage the myriad of physician and vendor contracts across the system.   The custom system will provide meaningful internal controls and visibility into important contractual provisions and milestones (e.g., time sheets, fair market value ranges by specialty/function, contract renewals, termination notice periods, etc.). 

When finalized, this custom RADS^SM solution will be a powerful, enterprise-wide compliance program and contract management system that will evidence industry best practices.
