Michael is a nationally recognized compliance attorney who frequently consults, publishes and presents on topics of healthcare corporate compliance, privacy and third party coverage and reimbursement issues.
With more than 13 years of direct involvement in compliance and regulatory matters, Michael serves on manufacturer, health system and health plan compliance committees, as well as several Advisory Boards, including those for BNA’s Medical Device and Law Report, Matthew Bender/Lexis Nexis Healthcare, AIS Report on Patient Privacy, and Seton Hall University School of Law’s Corporate Compliance Officer Certification Program.
