Michael D. Bell, Founder and Managing Member
With the assistance of a Chief Technology Officer and a team of coders/developers,
Michael consultatively designs affordable and effective technological solutions for operational and compliance improvement.
He is a nationally recognized compliance expert who frequently consults, publishes and presents on
topics of healthcare corporate compliance, privacy, and third party coverage and reimbursement.
Michael serves on manufacturer, health system, and health plan compliance committees, and on several
Advisory Boards, including those for BNA’s Medical Device and Law Report,
Matthew Bender/Lexis Nexis Healthcare, AIS Report on Patient Privacy,
and Seton Hall University School of Law’s Corporate Compliance Officer Certification Program.
Michael is the chief designer of R-Squared’s Arrangements KeeperSM,
a compliance and contract management tool designed specifically to evidence compliance with requirements
related to manufacturer/physician relationships, and SpendTrackerSM,
a highly scalable and interoperable program that automates tracking and reporting of physician marketing/gift expenditures.

Andrew Stuart, Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Andrew is responsible for the development, support and management of our
software-based compliance solutions.
Andrew has over 16 years experience in managing software design, development and
support in fields relating to Document and Data Storage, Publishing and
Management. With in depth experience in serving clients in highly regulated
industries varying from Nuclear Energy industry through Financial Services and
most recently Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical device Industries, he
understands the needs for flexible, scalable platforms that are both secure and
evidentiary in nature. Andrew works closely with Michael to ensure our
solutions meet the both the needs of our clients and best practice whilst
providing the stringent evidence required for compliance and enhancing business
productivity.
